What is a Funds Request
Understand how you draw money from your approved limit
A Funds Request is your instruction to Avenews, telling us that you want to draw money from your approved limit for a specific business transaction. We use the short name FR for this.
When you apply with Avenews, we approve you for a limit. The limit is not money sitting in your account. It is the maximum you can borrow at any one time. To actually draw the money, you submit a Funds Request.
What goes into a Funds Request
The amount you want to draw
The repayment period you want to use, if your product gives you a choice
A document that shows the transaction is real, like a supplier invoice or buyer invoice
What happens after you submit
Our team reviews your request. If everything is in order, we approve it and send the money. The financing period starts on the day the money is sent.
Why we use this system
The Funds Request system gives you control. You decide when to draw money and how much to draw. You only pay for what you actually use, never for the unused part of your limit.
