How to submit a Funds Request
Practical steps to submit a Funds Request from start to finish
Submitting a Funds Request is straightforward. Follow these steps and you will be done in a few minutes.
Before you start
Make sure you have access to the Avenews portal
Have your transaction document ready, like an invoice or proforma
Know how much you want to request
If your product offers different periods, decide which one you want
Step 1. Log in
Open the Avenews portal and log in with your usual details. If you cannot log in, contact our team.
Step 2. Start a new Funds Request
Choose the product you want to use, then start a new Funds Request. The portal will guide you through the form.
Step 3. Enter the amount and period
Type in the amount you want to draw. If your product has different periods to choose from, pick the one that fits your business cycle.
Step 4. Upload your documents
Upload the documents required for your product. The portal will tell you exactly which documents to attach.
Step 5. Submit
Review the details one last time, then submit. You will get a confirmation that the request has been received.
What happens next
Our team reviews the request. If we need more information, we will contact you. Once approved, the money is sent and the financing period begins on the disbursement date.
