What to do if you might be late

Steps to take if you anticipate a delay in repayment

Sometimes business does not go as planned. A buyer pays late, a sale takes longer than expected, or something else happens that affects your cash flow. If you think you may not be able to repay on time, the most important thing is to act early.

Why early communication matters

If we know about the issue early, we have more time to work with you. We may be able to discuss options that fit your situation. If we only find out after the payment is overdue, our options become limited and the late charges have already started building up.

What to do

  • Contact our team as soon as you sense a problem

  • Be honest about the situation and the timing

  • Have a clear idea of when you expect to be able to pay

  • Have any supporting context ready, like a buyer's payment promise

What you should not do

  • Do not stay silent and hope the issue resolves on its own

  • Do not avoid our team's calls or messages

  • Do not borrow from another lender to cover Avenews unless you have planned this carefully

How we will work with you

Every situation is different. We will listen, look at what is possible, and try to find a path that works for both sides. Honest, early communication is always the right move.
