What to prepare before you submit a Funds Request
For Stockist Financing, every Funds Request needs the right documents and confirmations. Here is what you need.
1. Anchor Distributor invoice
The invoice from your Anchor Distributor for the stock you want to buy.
A good Anchor invoice contains:
The Anchor Distributor's name and details
Your business name as the buyer
A clear list of the stock or inputs
The agreed price for each item and the total
The invoice date and an invoice number
2. Online delivery confirmation
Through the Avenews portal, you confirm that the delivery has been made. This is a simple online declaration that you complete as part of the Funds Request. It replaces the paper delivery note used in some other products.
Tips for smooth approval
Make sure the invoice is clear and easy to read
Confirm the Anchor Distributor details on the invoice are correct
Only confirm delivery once goods have actually arrived
Upload the invoice in a common format like PDF or a clear photo
