Pricing and financing period for Stockist Financing

Know the repayment options, charges, and worked examples

With Stockist Financing, you choose a repayment period of 30, 60, or 90 days when you submit your Funds Request. The longer the period, the more markup you pay in total. The shorter the period, the cheaper your financing.

30 day period

  • One full repayment, on any day between day 7 and day 30, at your choice

  • Daily markup of 0.23%

  • Total markup depends on the day you choose to repay

  • If you repay on day 30, the total markup is 6.9%

60 day period

  • Two equal installments, on day 30 and day 60

  • Daily markup of 0.21%

  • Total markup over 60 days is 12.6%

90 day period

  • Three equal installments, on day 30, day 60, and day 90

  • Daily markup of 0.19%

  • Total markup over 90 days is 17.1%

Worked example for 60 days

Say your Anchor invoice is KES 200,000 and you finance the full amount for 60 days.

  • Drew: KES 200,000

  • Period: 60 days

  • Total markup: 12.6%, which is KES 25,200

  • Total to repay: KES 225,200

  • Two equal installments of KES 112,600, paid on day 30 and day 60

Worked example for 90 days

Say your Anchor invoice is KES 300,000 and you finance the full amount for 90 days.

  • Drew: KES 300,000

  • Period: 90 days

  • Total markup: 17.1%, which is KES 51,300

  • Total to repay: KES 351,300

  • Three equal installments of KES 117,100, paid on day 30, day 60, and day 90

How to choose the right period

Pick the period that best matches how quickly you sell your stock. If you sell the stock in 30 days, choose 30 days. If you need 90 days to sell through, choose 90.
