What to prepare before you submit a Funds Request
Each Funds Request for Agri Credit Line needs a transaction-related document. This is the document that shows the purchase you are about to make is real.
The main document we need
A proforma invoice from your supplier. This is a document the supplier gives you before the sale, showing what you plan to buy, the price, and the supplier's details.
What a good proforma invoice contains
Your supplier's name and contact details
Your business name as the buyer
A clear list of the goods you are buying
The agreed price for each item and the total
The date the proforma was issued
Bank account details for payment, if applicable
Tips for smooth approval
Make sure the document is clear and easy to read
Check that the amount you are requesting matches the proforma
Use a recent proforma, not one that is many weeks old
Upload the document in a common format like PDF or a clear photo
What happens if your document is missing details
