How repayment works for ASF Express

See how you repay Avenews when the period ends

Repayment for ASF Express is simple. You pay Avenews directly at the end of your financing period.

How it works

  • At the end of the financing period, you pay the full amount due

  • You pay the principal you drew, plus the markup

  • There is one repayment, not several installments

  • You pay Avenews directly through the channels we provide

When repayment is due

Your repayment date is the disbursement date plus the financing period. For example, if we sent the money on 3 March and your period was 30 days, your repayment is due on 2 April.

Worked example

  • Drew: KES 850,000

  • Period: 30 days

  • Markup: KES 58,650

  • Total repayment due at the end of the period: KES 908,650

What happens after repayment

Once you repay in full, your limit is restored. You can submit your next Funds Request when you have your next invoice.

What if you cannot repay on time

If you think you may be late, please contact us as early as possible. We would rather work with you than have your account become overdue. See the Repayment articles for the late repayment terms specific to ASF Express.
