Understand your Agri Supplier Financing limit
With Agri Supplier Financing, you can be approved for a credit line of up to KES 6,000,000. The exact limit depends on your business and your trade history.
How much you can draw per invoice
For each Funds Request, you can draw up to 85% of the invoice value, as long as it fits inside your available limit. The remaining 15% comes to you when the buyer pays.
How your limit may be split
If you sell to several different approved buyers, your total credit line may be split across them. This means each buyer has a portion of your limit, and your total drawn amount across all buyers cannot go above your full limit.
Worked example
Say you have an invoice for KES 1,000,000 and your full limit is available. You can request up to KES 850,000, which is 85% of the invoice. When the buyer pays the full KES 1,000,000, Avenews keeps the KES 850,000 plus markup, and the remaining balance goes to you.
Can your limit grow?
Yes. As you use Agri Supplier Financing and complete repayments through buyer payments on time, your limit can be reviewed and increased over time.
