Lead Conversion Officer

Lead Conversion Officer is responsible for engaging and converting early-stage leads
into qualified prospects for Avenews financing solutions. The role focuses on managing
both inbound and outbound interactions with agribusinesses at the top of the sales
funnel, with the objective of driving applications and progressing leads to the next stage of the sales process.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Engagement & Conversion - Respond promptly to all inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns (digital, radio, events, partnerships) and Avenews’ social media platforms. - Conduct outbound calls to prospective agribusinesses. - Drive prospects toward completing and submitting applications. 2. Lead Qualification - Assess relevance of leads. - Evaluate readiness and financing needs. 3. Value Proposition Delivery - Clearly communicate Avenews’ value proposition. - Address objections professionally. 4. Pipeline Development & Handover - Convert leads into opportunities. - Coordinate with Sales Officers. 5. Call Management - Ensure minimal missed calls. - Maintain responsiveness. 6. Reporting - Update CRM. - Track performance metrics.
Qualifications:


- Diploma/Degree in relevant business field
- 1–3 years experience in sales & telesales
